Clinic Admin Tools UK is an independent digital publisher for UK private clinic administration. We write for practice owners, clinic managers, and self-employed therapists and physiotherapists who need to turn a diary, a fee list, or a management-account line into a number they can discuss the same week.
The site is not a clinic, not a software vendor, and not a substitute for an accountant, solicitor, or regulated clinician. Guides come first: original explainers on metrics clinics actually argue about. Calculators sit beside those explainers so a manager can test the arithmetic with their own figures.

We write for that operating context—not for consumer symptom checkers and not for NHS commissioning policy.
What we publish
Guides are long-form editorial pieces: definitions, worked examples, planning bands, and FAQs. Topic hubs group related guides with every calculator in that category. Calculators are working models for fees, capacity, marketing ratios, revenue goals, and margins. Directory pages, legal notices, and the contact form exist so people can find the work; they are not the product.
Inputs stay in the browser. We do not require an account to use a tool, and we do not store the figures you type as a patient or payroll record.
Editorial standards
