Who we are

Clinic Admin Tools UK (“we”, “us”) publishes informational tools for UK clinic teams. This notice explains how personal data may be processed when you use the website.

Data you provide

Calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser to generate results. We do not ask you to create an account to use the tools, and we do not intentionally store the numbers you type on our servers.

Server logs

Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may create standard logs (for example IP address, user agent, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Retention depends on our hosting provider’s configuration.

Cookie banner and your choices

When you first visit, you may see a banner offering “Essential only” or “Accept all”. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (for example under the key clinicadmintools_cookie_v1) so we do not have to ask on every page load. Essential-only mode is intended to limit non-essential storage where we can; when advertising is enabled, additional scripts may still be gated by that choice. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset preferences.

Advertising & Google AdSense

If you configure Google AdSense (or a similar programme) for this domain, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. That processing is described in Google’s publisher and advertising policies. We aim to show ads only alongside substantive editorial pages, not as the primary value of the site.
