Who we are

Clinic Admin Tools UK (“we”, “us”) publishes informational tools for UK clinic teams. This notice explains how personal data may be processed when you use the website.

Data you provide

Calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser to generate results. We do not ask you to create an account to use the tools, and we do not intentionally store the numbers you type on our servers.

Server logs

Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may create standard logs (for example IP address, user agent, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Retention depends on our hosting provider’s configuration.

Cookie banner and your choices

When you first visit, you may see a banner offering “Essential only” or “Accept all”. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (for example under the key clinicadmintools_cookie_v1) so we do not have to ask on every page load. Essential-only mode is intended to limit non-essential storage where we can; when advertising is enabled, additional scripts may still be gated by that choice. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset preferences.

Advertising & Google AdSense

If Google AdSense is approved for this domain, ads may appear only inside article pages (guides and calculator explainers) after original publisher copy. We do not load the AdSense script on error pages, thank-you screens, this privacy notice, the disclaimer, or the contact form, and we do not enable Auto ads that can overlay chrome or empty screens. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure those in-article ads. That processing is described in Google’s publisher and advertising policies.

In the UK and EEA, consent is often required before personalised advertising cookies are set. Use the banner choices and keep this notice updated when you change how ads load. Users can also manage ad personalisation in their Google account where applicable.

Analytics

We may enable privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic. If so, we will prefer configurations that minimise personal data and honour “Do Not Track” where feasible.

Your rights

Children

The site is aimed at adults operating businesses. It is not directed at children.

We may update this notice when features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
