Common questions
- Do cancellations count as booked?
- Use the definition you already track. Some clinics measure utilisation on the morning of; others on end-of-day actuals.
- Can utilisation exceed 100%?
- Not with consistent definitions. If it does, your “available” count is probably too low or double-booking is miscounted.
